Otsego County Office for the Aging assists residents age 60 and older and their caregivers by providing services and support to help older adults live safely and independently in the community. NY Connects is available to people of any age with a disability, their caregivers and professionals to navigate long term services and supports. Services are available to Otsego County residents at no charge.
