The Angel Network of Cooperstown, Inc., a community-based organization, shall assist families with demonstrated need in the Cooperstown Central School District by providing necessities, such as food, clothing and holiday gifts. Such provisions shall be made, as practicable, upon request by any Cooperstown Central School District family with demonstrated need
